A traveler leaves her hotel on a quiet morning and discovers a surprising little café.

The door is blue and small.
Ana entra con curiosidad.

—Buenos días —dice ella.
"Good morning," she says.
—Buenos días —responde el camarero.
"Good morning," answers the waiter.
Ana mira el menú.
Ana looks at the menu.
—¿Qué tienen para el desayuno?
"What do you have for breakfast?"
—Tenemos algo especial hoy.
"We have something special today."
—Un desayuno japonés —dice él.
"A Japanese breakfast," he says.
Ana abre mucho los ojos.
Ana opens her eyes wide.
—¿Qué lleva? —pregunta ella.
"What's in it?" she asks.
—Arroz, pescado y sopa.
"Rice, fish, and soup."
—¡Perfecto! Quiero eso.
"Perfect! I want that."
—¿Y para beber? —pregunta él.
"And to drink?" he asks.
—Un capuchino, por favor.
"A cappuccino, please."
Ana se sienta junto a la ventana.
Ana sits down by the window.
El sol entra despacio.
The sun comes in slowly.
Llega el café, blanco y caliente.
The coffee arrives, white and hot.
Ana prueba el primer bocado.
Ana tries the first bite.

She closes her eyes and smiles.
